Graeme Hoxley 

Graeme has been a keen naturalist since his teenage years which lead to a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Zoology. He has considerable experience in Human Resource Planning and is an authority in Job Design, Competency Development and Project Planning and Management. Graeme moved back to his original passion for the natural environment and completed a Graduate Diploma in Land Rehabilitation in 2000 and has a particular interest in soil stability issues. He has volunteered his services to friends groups as well as his work with Flora Victoria and various civil landscaping companies. Graeme also has extensive experience in the area of harvesting and direct seeding of native grasses.

Chris Findlay

Chris has a particular interest in indigenous plants and their role in different landscapes, from revegetation to urban plantings, and discovering new ways of inspiring their wider use. Since his work at Burnley Horticultural College he has worked as a lecturer in Horticulture and assessed units for the Diploma of Conservation and Land Management. In 2003 -2005 he worked as the Head of Revegetation Operations for a company specialising in the large-scale seed production and contract seeding of native grasses. Chris has an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Horticulture, Burnley, and Level IV Workplace Training and Assessment. He has been a member of various environmental committees, and has gained valuable knowledge and experience through his work in grassy ecosystems for Flora Victoria.
