Chris Findlay
Chris has a particular interest in indigenous plants and their role in different landscapes, from revegetation to urban plantings, and discovering new ways of inspiring their wider use. Since his work at Burnley Horticultural College he has worked as a lecturer in Horticulture and assessed units for the Diploma of Conservation and Land Management. In 2003 -2005 he worked as the Head of Revegetation Operations for a company specialising in the large-scale seed production and contract seeding of native grasses. Chris has an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Horticulture, Burnley, and Level IV Workplace Training and Assessment. He has been a member of various environmental committees, and has gained valuable knowledge and experience through his work in grassy ecosystems for Flora Victoria.
